Skimming through the book, I quickly realized that it is a much more comprehensive guide than anticipated for my needs. It came across a bit overwhelming for a newbie to a couple of raised beds in the backyard. I know that the information I need is in here, but will need to spend time extracting it. Ultimately, it is beneficial to have someone address the nuances of the NW weather and how to accommodate it in order to grow veggies and I will look forward to learning, even if I don't have acres to grow..

This book is very helpful for PNW gardening. All kinds of great tips. Would highly recommend.
