This book has lots of different marinades and ways to cook meat on the grill. A little bit of overkill if you're looking for just meat - but helpful with different ideas if you love cooking outside.

For those of us who are unable to have a charcoal or wood grill due to city ordinances, this book has great recipes for gas grills. I have only owned for 3 weeks and have already used 6 recipes from the book. The recipes are easy to read and there are no unusual or hard to find ingredients.

We own a copy of this and also bought a copy as a gift for some relatives who had just bought a new grill. We have only used a few of the recipes because some are labor intensive and our grill is horrible, but there are wonderful pics on every page and the recipes we have tried we really enjoyed. Lots of basic rubs and marinades and how to grill basically everything. The author has his own cooking show as well.

I borrowed this grilling guide from a friend and I couldn't put it down for two solid hours. I had to have my own copy and I found it on Overstock.com for about $10.00 less than anywhere else. If you want to know the real scoop on outdoor cooking, this is a must have book.

I love the book, the only thing was that it took 2 weeks to get. Probably because it was shipped via USPS, but not sure why it took so long.

I found this guide so valuable, I've purchased it for 3 other friends already. Cook's Illustrated has done all the legwork for you to just follow the recipes and make perfect steaks, chicken, brisket, you name it. Definitely worth the expense.

I love this series....A Man, A Can, A (Grill, Microwave, Plan.......) These are great books with nice pictures. It is a sturdy book so it can take a beating also. It is sectioned off nicely and easy to read. Doesn't have quite as many options as liked. Hey that is why it is a series.
