  • Lots of great info

    I bought this book along with my first pressure cooker. The info in the book is invaluable to someone that has childhood memories of exploding pressure cookers! The recipes that we have tried have all been delicious with very little effort. I love the at a glance time tables in the front and back of the book. It has made turning on the stove here in Florida during the summer not so bad, because everything is done in a matter of minutes!

  • Great cookbook!

    I recently purchased a pressure cooker but really didn't know what to do with it so I bought this cookbook. I've only made one recipe so far but it was delicious. The first chapter offers various tips on using a pressure cooker, which is very useful. The rest of the cookbook is divided into various chapters for vegetables, soups, grains, beans, etc. Vegetarian or not, this is a great cookbook to cook up healthy and quick meals using your pressure cooker.
