It is a great movie - in my opinion the best work that Eastwood has ever done. Great story line, however I am sure that my liberal friends might be offended.

I received the movie in no time at all and it was in perfect condition.

This movie is classic Eastwood. I had gone to the movies to see it when it first came out and knew I had be have it. It is is the vein of Heartbreak Ridge. Anyone who is an Eastwood fan needs this DVD for their collection. It is funny, sad, heartwarming, and heartbreaking. At the end you will want to stand up and cheer, with just a hint of tears in your eyes!

Wonderful story and terrific performance by Clint Eastwood. The language is a little rough for my taste, so beware of watching with children, but the story is worth the watch.

I bought this as a Christmas present for my husband so even though it hasn't been opened, I know that he will like it. He is a Clint Eastwood fan. The movie is very action packed and my husband enjoyed it at the movies when I took him to see it.

Great movie.Not usually a fan of Clint Eastwood but this was a very good movie

I purchased this movie for my stepfather for Father's Day--and since I pre-ordered it, it arrived on the very day it was released in the stores! He had said months earlier that he was going to purchase it himself, so pre-ordering this movie worked out just great! A classic movie, and at 78, Clint's best work by far. A MUST SEE !!!!!Best watched on DVD with closed caption so you can understand what he's saying through most of the movie.

Clint Eastwood delievers an outstanding movie both on and off this film. He has comes to terms with his less than leading actor age and characteristics, and it works for him. Eastwood carries this movie and takes over the film with less than good acting by his co-stars. The character development is good but the story line makes up for it in the end. Amazing story and sets in this timeless classic of friendship over family.

Clint Eastwood proves that he is still one of Hollywood's best, actors and Directors, with this emotion packed drama, where he takes an unflinching look at Racism, and the violence prevalent in our society today. Clint plays Walt Kowalski, an old war vet, who is bitter at the changes taking place in his neighborhood. When Clint's catches his young neighbor, trying to steal his Gran Torino, he decides to reform the shy kid, and makes him do chores around the neighborhood, and eventually forms a bond of friendship with the boy, and his family. When the neighborhood gang, pick on the kid, Clint decides to take matters into his own hands, and settle this once and for all. Clint gives an extraordinary performance, as the slightly racist, vet, who eventually changes his views, and becomes friendly with the very people he disliked.
