There is so much information in this book that is timeless. Some of the information is about companies that aren't so great anymore, but that tells more about the economy and culture at this time.

The audio book was an excellent way to spend a road trip visiting clients. It opened avenues to provide better communication and performance which has led my team to increase it's results. I shared the CD with my peers and we are starting to develop our pocket of greatness within our company.

I had the book sent as a gift. I was surprised to learn that the book was not the hardcopy I thought but rather the audio version. I couldn't tell from the product description that it was the audio version. Fortunately, the reader is the author himself and that was ok with the recipient. I would appreciate clear information regarding audio vs hardcover, CD vs DVD etc. I've been pleased with my other Overstock orders.
