I have given away about 12 of these God Calling books to friends who needed support each day to get through a crisis or just life, in general! There are many styles of this book in paperback and some hard cover, but this red cover (which is hard to find now) is by far, the most attractive and the most impressive as a gift. God Calling is daily messages (written by date--very short 1 pager or 1 paragraph for each day) by Jesus to 2 listeners in England in the 1930's. AJ Russell, an editor was called upon to edit the book to make it applicable to everyone reading. When you read the daily message, you know its for everyone reading it, but somehow, it applies to your life that day...don't ask me how....everyone tells me the same thing. It is an awesome book with words by Our Lord himself.
