Diksha McCord learned vegetarian cooking while growing up in Israel, studied Japanese cooking while living in Kyoto, Japan, and learned Ayurvedic and Indian cooking from premier California chefs. Currently she resides in Nevada City, CA where she teaches yoga, meditation, and health classes at the popular Expanding Light Retreat.
