In June of 2011, Glen Campbell, 75 years old, announced that he had been diagnosed with Alzheimer`s disease. In spite of the ailment, he finished and released an album, Ghost on the Canvas, at the end of the summer and announced plans for a tour that was to be his farewell to the music business.

PERFECT
This is a most poignant and touching album. It is a magical journey through a man's life and what is to come. It brings tears to my eyes. Glen is going out with a big bang!

Glen Campbell still has it!!!! That is all I can say even after all these years and with the forthcoming diagnosis, his voice is still just as crisp and beautiful as ever. Also, he can still play that guitar (or any instrument, as far as that goes) with such eloquence. It is a beautiful tribute to a wonderful man and musician who has brought happiness to so many, but especially to me and my family. God bless Glen and his family. Hope the ride isn't too rought!!! Love you.
