I have been a fan of Gilad for quite sometime. I like that he instructs, in detail, how to get the best result from the exercise. Its also helps that he reminds you to keep your form, the correct positioning of your body and control of the motion thoughout the session. It's great! Quality of the product is outstanding! You won't know unless you try it, and you won't be sorry.

This is a great core workout. You can really feel the core strengthening. Gilad keeps you motivated.

Gilad has excellent exercise programs. This particular DVD is great. The only thing was that it was defective. The total run time supposed to be 1 hr, but after 45 min, the DVD froze up. Could not finish the workout. I returned the DVD & received another one, which was not defective. Thank you.
