If you are looking for the latest trend, then this DVD is not for you. On the other hand, if you want to lose weight, increase your cardiovascular fitness and flexibility, as well as gain muscle tone, then this is perfect. Each workout is a well-balanced 22 minutes, so you can do as many workouts as time allows. As you progress, dial up the intensity by adding hand or ankle weights or medicine balls (not sure about kettlebells). The overall feel is retro, as these workouts as two decades old. However, they have stood the test of time for me. They are a little corny, and the music, hairstyles and clothes are very much outdated, but modern production values aren't as important to me as results. Anyone from beginners to more advanced exercisers can benefit from these workouts. I always end up going back to Gilad after wasting my money on other instructors' videos.
