I can remember watching these movies when I was only about 9. I have always loved the Gidget movies. It's great not only seeing them again, but having my very own collection. I'm a huge fan of Sandra Dee and she was my absolute favorite as "Gidget". Although each movie had a different actress starring as Gidget, I felt that James Darren as Jeff / MoonDoggie had great chemistry with each of them. I absolutely love romantic comedies/musicals. You might call me old fashioned, but I wish there were more movies produced today with the quality content of these movies. Great entertainment by a host of well-known actors/actresses!

A blast from the past when dating was wholesome. A movie to watch with a your young daughter or granddaughter. Enjoyable.
