    Colleen Craig is a Stott Pilates trainer and a member of Playwrights Union of Canada. She received her B.A. (Creative Writing and English) from the University of British Columbia. Expanding on a decade of ballet training, she did her full Pilates Certification with Moira Stott (Stott International Training and Certification Centre, Toronto) and then began to adapt Pilates' work to the exercise ball.

    Miriane was one of the original teachers at the well known Stott Pilates Studios in Toronto. A former dancer and choreographer, Miriane now runs her own successful Pilates and training studio in Toronto and has been invited to teach and present both here and abroad.

    Jane Aronovitch is an exercise enthusiast and BOSU® connoisseur, as well as a writer who successfully creates all kinds of business, training, and technical materials. Jane is an expert at information design, having taught the principles of information design and writing for the web at the University of Toronto.     • BOSU balance trainer book

      I bought this BOSU ball exercise book, a cando vestibular/balance training dome, and a book on using an exercise ball doing Pilates approach all together. I took all three to Physical Therapy, and the Physical Therapy tech played around with the dome trainer, and kept browsing through the books I brought in. My PT is a certified Pilates trainer as well, and is looking through the books to see which exercises I can/should (or should not) perform, due to the genetic issues I have with my spine, and joints. I wanted a challenge and variation for my home physical therapy routine, and so my PT will use these books, the exercise equiptment I have available at home, to help me put together several routines for me, that I can switch out on various days. (So I don't get bored with PT). I like this cando dome better than the BOSU brand I had been using at PT. I am excited to try out the different exercises.
