This is my favorite of all the RIPPED series so far. You will do compound exercises, working more than one muscle at a time and that gets your heart rate up. Ms. Love is inspiring with her exercise philosophy. What worked for me were the modifications, the use of high reps (you really feel your muscles exerting) and the step.
This video is a good hard workout. The negative is the long breaks between exercises where they demonstrate the next exercise - this is helpful the 1st time but after that I just get bored & do jumping jacks. I exercise daily and this is a great addition to my cardio dvds.
