THIS IS ONE OF THE BEST EXERCISE VIDEOS I HAVE IN MY COLLECTION. IT IS EXTREMELY DIFFICULT WITHOUT BEING IMPOSSIBLE. JARI LOVE IS VERY MOTIVATING WITHOUT BEING IRRITATING. I PLAN ON ORDERING MORE OF HER WORKOUTS. THERE ARE GREAT MODIFICATIONS FOR EVERY LEVEL

This is a great workout, probably the best workout video I have ever done!! It is hard but you get results. It is done in interval style with multi-muscle strength training alternating with cardio intervals. They have modifications for everything so you can work your way up and make it harder if necessary. They are dressed a little over the top with full make-up etc., but that really wont impact your workout. I strongly reccommend this video to anyone serious about exercise.
