Get Ripped!
Jari Love is perhaps the best in home fitness instructor out there. Her DVD's guide you safely and effectively. Although, I have always been in shape, through Jari I have transformed every inch of my body. I can see I have more dense muscle definition without the bulk and still keeping my femininity. Jari is not only geared toward women, but men as well. I promise you, you will not be disappointed!

For Great Workout
This is probably one of the best workout DVDs I have purchased. I've always worked out and have been in shape but I noticed more definition in my arms and legs after the first day. I liked it so much, I bought 3 other ones in her series. I have been using it for about 2 weeks now and my parents have noticed the difference. I'm a petite woman and my dad felt my arms and was shocked that I was more buff than him (but not bulky like a man). He asked me what my secret tips were for building lean muscle! I didn't tell him it was from a DVD but it was great to show him the techniques. :)

Not for Beginners!
Good workout, but far too hard for beginners. Will save for more advanced workouts.

Good work out
After reading the other reviews, I expected this to be a more difficult work out. I do work out a few times a week, but nothing too extreme. You do need dumb bells and a bar bell to effectively do this work out. I only have dumb bells, so that could be why my work out wasn't as intense. Other than that, I still felt great after doing the work out and the instructor is very easy to follow.
