Lots of solid trial strategy and tactics pumped into this readable book featuring a few of the author's more interesting cases. Each case study brings a different angle to the book.

Powerful!! A must read for historical reasons. Even though I live though this part of history I had no idea of the magnitude of issues for African Americans during the 60's, 70's and 80's. Thank God for resourseful lawyers and the deligence of those who truly believe in JUSTICE and EQUALITY for ALL! A well documented and written book. Thank You.

I heard something about this book from The Dave Ramsey Show. As they were talking about it, it sounded really good and it is. Dave Ramsey and Overstock are the best. Phyliss
