  I place the order and didn't receive the CD by the schedule date. I waited a few days and checked the tracking number. According to the tracking number it was delivered by I never received the CD. I contacted Overstock and they looked into the matter and said they would get back with me. Within 48 hours I received an e-mail a replacement was being shipped to me. I received the replacement as schedule. I truly appreciate the assistance I received on this purchase. I highly recommend Overstock because they take care of their customers.
