Dave Sheridan stars as Claims Inspector McKlusky, a man driven into the insurance fraud investigation profession after the tragic death of his father, the inept stunt man Daredevil McKlusky (Quaid), left young McKlusky and his mother (Parton) penniless because of insurance fraud. However, when his partner dies in a mysterious accident, McKlusky becomes convinced that the death was no accident and begins an investigation that cracks open the biggest case of insurance fraud in recorded history.
