Follies
I saw bits fromf this on one of those Broadway survey dbvds and just has to have it. I would rather have had it live presentation but this one was quite good and whets by appetite for a live presenttation. I'm quite hooked on broadway right now. Normallyl Iim an opera person but the quality of performance on broadway is mind boggling. However we seem to have lost it as we have lost so much as a nation. Present day broadway should have a llok at the past instead trying to shock. Retn sucked as did most all of the efforts at new materal in the past 10 years. This art form must be preserved and we don't need new aspects' the old was quite good enjough and needs no tinkering.
