The book is every bit as good as I was told. I like the fact that more than one version of a receipe is given, which allows me to select the one which contains ingredients that I have on hand or one that does not call for ingredients which I don't care for. Thanks

Love this cookbook! I don't love to cook, so easy recipes for the slow cooker are my favorite! I would recommend this to all busy folks out there who just don't have time to cook!

I got a programmable crock pot for Christmas. For those of you who suspect that the crock pot is just for yard sales, dust it off and buy any of the Fix It and Forget It collection. With this handy little cookbook, I can do something a little different besides the same pot roast or chicken. Now that I am on a low-salt, low-fat diet, I am able to experiment with recipes and flavors. The cookbook is easy to use and is full of ideas and easy meals.

I found this to be an easy to read cookbook with something for everyone. I recommend giving this as a gift with a new crockpot.

THIS COOKBOOK IS THE GREATEST THING SINCE "SLICED BREAD". I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COOKBOOK TO ANY PERSON WANTING TO COME HOME TO A COOKED MEAL IN ONE POT. THERE ARE SEVERAL RECIPES FOR THE SAME MEAL BUT EACH RECIPE HAS IT'S OWN UNIQUE TASTE. BEST OF ALL, A LOT OF THE RECIPES ARE SO SIMPLE WITH EVERYDAY ITEMS IN YOUR KITCHEN.

I'm a single guy and I use my crock-pot and freezer in my refrigerator to stock up on lunch and dinner meals. I have looked at a few cookbooks for crock-pots and found only one or two recipes I liked in each one. This book? I found lots of them. This one will keep me busy for a while trying them out. I'm thinking of getting a second crock-pot and at least a small freezer so I can store all of the stuff I want to try.
