We've tried more than half a dozen recipes, and were happy with all but one. Not being happy with a recipe is kind of an issue when you're making enough to freeze for several meals in the future, but that's the risk you take. Once you've put in the initial effort, the convenience is amazing. We plan to try most of the rest of the recipes in the future, and modify as necessary to suit the picky eaters in the family. For a busy family with no time to cook during the week, this is a marvelous resource. We'd tried other, similar, recipe books in the past, but this is the best by far.
