Best price, quick shipment. This book is written with a lot of sense as well as specialized experience. It has excellent detailed descriptions of the moves and many pictures showing the moves. It is an exercise program designed for everyone, from the average to the very fit to the obese to the sick and injured to the senior, and I have no doubt it has the potential to change my life as it has for countless others. I have not yet started the program, but tried out the moves on the sample DVD included with the book, and am impressed with what Teresa Tapp has to say. One caveat is that there are a series of subtle movements in each exercise, and it may take a while to learn all the positions without looking at the book the whole time. If you want to get started on the program as soon as possible, it would be advisable to purchase the exercise DVD(s) for the whole workout and just follow along. That's what I plan to do.

This book is informative and practical. The diagrams are helpful and there is a DVD which demonstrates two most common exercises for the abs. I am convinced that I can do the 15 minutes a day.

Best workout purchase I ever made

This book's health and fitness plan is like no other I've ever tried. Teresa Tapp includes an eating plan that most can follow and a fitness plan that brings huge results. I also purchased the dvd that has the Basic Plus Workout that is found in the book. I lost about 13 inches all over in one week. It is an awesome plan that I would recommend to everyone! The Workout that Works!

This is an extremely informational book that not only describes each exercise in great detail as to HOW to do it with proper form and alignment to get the best benefit from it, but it also describes WHY each move is the way it is. Teresa Tapp describes her background in women's fitness and how her own ailments helped her to create this one-of-a-kind workout. The book explains HOW this workout not only helps lose inches and cinch and tone, but regulates hormones, alieviates back pain or headaches.
