Customer Reviews
The authors have written a very good book on what every leader in the world should know. By creating a survey and asking some of the top managers in the world, the authors were able to pinpoint what works and what doesn't work so well. They have created some great methods of how to put everything into perspective and how to manage those below (and above) you without even knowing or thinking about it. Definitely a must-read for those that are new to management or want to work on their skills a little more.
