This workout is for the advanced person. However, they do have someone who does the routine low impact. You'll sweat like a pig, and become out of breath. This video has a guarantee that you'll see results after 10 workouts. I did 10 in a row (resting one day in between) and lost an inch in my stomach, but gained 3/4 in my waist. Go figure. Be careful if you have joint issues. There is a lot of jumping and after 10 workouts, I had issues with my knees.
This is one of my favorites from The FIrm! This video is a fantastic workout and will leave you dripping sweat. It is longer than most of their workouts - about 60 mins - but it is worth it! Like most of their videos, the switch off between doing cardio and weights, but this video contains little sections of plyometrics, which are great a burning calories. I never get tired of this video.
When I don't feel like working out this one makes me burn more calories w/o doing too much. Still this is not for beginners.
