My doctor recommended this book. If you have fibromyalgia buy a copy for yourself and more for your family, co-workers and friends. This book explains the pain you feel better than anything else I have ever read. I have had fibromyalgia for 4 years and am finally able to communicate how I feel to others. This is a great book.
