I found this a good introduction to kickboxing. Kelli introduces each move slowly and builds up to simple combinations, while still allowing for a good cardio workout. It also contains a tutorial section that goes through each of the basic kickboxing moves, emphasizing proper form and technique. While it would be nice to have the workout portion be a bit longer (it is only about 30 minutes) it still makes for a strong cardio on days when I don't have a lot of time.
DVD came sealed-assuring me that it was brand new. This is a good dvd if you are trying to ease your way into working out. Many other fitness programs do kickboxing moves, so this dvd is an excellent way to jump start your way into more advanced programs. If you like exciting workout videos, this may not be for you. The instructor sounds kind of dull, and she is the sole person on the dvd.

As a person new to kickboxing and not in top shape, I really appreaciated this DVD. I've done it about 4 times and am already able to anticipate her next moves. While she's talking about it, I just keep going! I do see myself getting bored with it in time, but I definitely recommend it for beginners.
I seen other kickboxing excise videos and I found this DVD was much easier to follow if your just starting out. It also give you tips have more fun with the workout. It good addition to the kickboxing class your taking or if you done martial arts before. Make sure you do stretching before excise and go at your own pace.
This video explains things well and doesn't move at such a fast pace that you "lose yourself" in the moves. It's also relatively low impact, but you still get a good workout, as long as your a beginner/low-intermediate level exerciser.
