tracyandfamily from puyallup, wa, Rating:5.0This was the next best thing to a support group for me. It helped me to have some insite into what my 88yo mom was going thru with aging and losing her ability to take care of herself. It helped me to find the words to comfort her and help her with the process. I was frustrated and so was she. I was able to have more understanding for her and to not take things that she said to me so peronally. She passed away a few months after my reading the book. I was so glad that I had read it.

virginiaatthebeach from California, Rating:5.0Reading the Boundaries books is like standing back and looking in to see and understand what and why we act in such ways that upset people or ourselves. It allowed me to think before I say something or take on someone else's words as an attack on me. I love that it is Christian based, has shown me that it is okay to love yet keep certain people in my daily prayers even though I do not approve of their actions.. I turn that over to God and ask Him to grant them peace, discernment, guidance and His mercy. I'm thankful for what Boundaries has helped me understand. We all have boundaries, we just need a little help in recognizing them. Virginia
