Wonderful!
When Kevyn was alive I really admired his amazing work as a Cosmetic Artist. I think this book was well written. The photographs are breathtaking, and the instructions on how to apply the makeup was easy to follow. I learn something new each time I open the book!

If youlike Kevyn Aucoin/are interested in makeup
I have Kevyn Aucoin's other makeup book -- "Making Faces", which is great and has a detailed explanations/instructions on makeup application. This book is similar but is less about application skills and more about transformations and different styles, particularly theatrical styles. I liked "Making Faces" more but this is a great book too and some of the makeup transformations on the different celebrities are pretty amazing. Aucoin was a master.

This book is awesome, kevin aucion is a makeup genius, you will be wowed when looking at these transformations. Besides being asthetically pleasing, it gives lots of tips on how to play around with your own makeup, i highly recommend ths book!
