I have really enjoyed this workout. At first I was little leary, but once I did just one session, I was hooked!!! the exercises are easy to keep up with and I didn't feel like I couldn't do any of them. I have already recommended this DVD to several of my friends. I like that you have so much control of your movements, which allows you to adjust to your fitness level. I am looking forward to purchasing the intermediate level soon!!!
