This workout is for the advanced person. However, they do have someone who does the routine low impact. You'll sweat like a pig, and become out of breath.
This video has a guarantee that you'll see results after 10 workouts. I did 10 in a row (resting one day in between) and lost an inch in my stomach, but gained 3/4 in my waist. Go figure.
Be careful if you have joint issues. There is a lot of jumping and after 10 workouts, I had issues with my knees.
