    I love how the dvd is set up in parts...YOU choose your workout. I have a 9 year old and 7 month old who loves my attention...it's hard for me to find any more than 20-30 min at a time to workout and there are so many dvd's out there I'd love to try but they do not break it up so you choose your target areas for the time you have!!! Instructions are good, music is a bit cheesy, but pleasant. I love it!!

    This is a good one. I do a little more upper body before I start, but this definitely works the core and muscles that you forgot about.

  • PILATES PLUS

    Two instructors (husband & wife team?) will lead you through a 50 minute workout of a Pilates/Yoga/Lotte Berk Method blend. The props used was a yoga belt or towel and a mat. Menu choice offers 5-10 minute workouts: Upper body core, Thigh & Glutes core, Flat back/round back core, Pure core, and Core flexibility. Many of the warm-ups begin with a Lotte Berk standing knee-ups. The most challenging segment for me was the Flat back/round back segment because you are either leaning against the wall & a mat or in a round back while lifting your foot or feet. Overall, many classic exercises using your own body weight, mostly holding, rather than reps. Your muscles will surely feel the result of this total body workout afterwards.
