    This is my first Biggest Loser DVD and was impressed with the intensity of the workouts. Bob consistently identifies a modified version for newbies, but Dolvett only suggested a few modifications. The workouts are only 15 minutes each which I was disappointed at first until I actually attempted the workouts. As a person who is overweight & out of shape, I was able to complete the full workouts within two weeks with newbie modifications. I see physical changes immediately in my abs & upper arms. I am pleased.

    i love yoga and this was very challenging at first. but after 3 weeks of practicing this dvd a few times a week i was able to master all of the more difficult moves. it is a great workout and i love bob's style. he also has modifications for beginners which is nice. it is a must have.

    This video is great for beginners. It gives you the option of doing as many or as few 10 minute segments as you like so as you increase in strength you can increase your work out.

    This workout get results! I keep pretty fit, but really wanted a workout for definition and toning. There are 3 levels, each a 20 minute workout. Each level has its challenges, but stick with it....you'll start noticing a difference after about 1 week. I started with level 1 and moved onto the 2nd after about 7-8 days. You will need an exercise mat and some dumbbells.
