  These 2 little balls and the book have created miracles for me and some of my clients, I was in a motorcycle accident 3 years ago. after 4 months of on a cane on and off, the miracle balls got me back to what I was and better than before the accident.

  I love this I got a bad back and I got my first pair in 2005 got a lab and she chewed one up and I got to go looking to see if I could buy them again and Overstok.com was my choice to get them I love them I sleep with them I put them all over my body and just the book is fabulose Im making a little bag so dog do not chew them again. is like having apersonal massuse.

  the miracle balls work well for relaxing my back, I just lay on them and relax. Treating myself instead of paying for massage or physical therapy!

  I was expecting a more structured step by step process along with recipes, sample menus and some pictures. It did not look like something that would interest me to read at all.
