I ordered these balls because they were recommended for tension and pain relief. I've had them a little over a week, and like them. I was, actually, expecting a harder ball but am satisfied with the product. I follow the methodology in the book to relieve pains and stiffness, but it is a guide....I use it however I feel will benefit me. It has been pretty good for me so far. I would have given an excellent review but the balls took 10 days to arrive. The tracking was horrible but they arrived in tact; a little overkill on the packaging.....They could have fit ten of the Miracle Ball boxes in the one large one it was shipped in.

Love this book. i am a fitness instryctor and this book gives beginning to advanced moves, exactly what I was looking for. I just wish it came with the fitness swiss ball as a packaged deal.

These 2 little balls and the book have created miracles for me and some of my clients, I was in a motorcycle accident 3 years ago. after 4 months of on a cane on and off, the miracle balls got me back to what I was and better than before the accident.

I am a personal trainer, and I decided to purchase this book because there is a lot more involved than just 'making them sweat'. I was curious what advice it would have to offer, and I must say I have already started using some of the ideas given and have seen wonderful results. This book has a lot of common sense suggestions/ideas, but sometimes we forget the most simple things! I would highly suggest this book for any fitness professional who is either just getting started or has been successful for a while. We can all be better at what we do!

Outstanding all-around product. Hundreds of strength exercises in full color step by step, giving clear, concise instructions on the execution and benefits of the movement. Plus, you get variations on the moves. There's also a section on the diet & exercise plan, warm-up exercises, cardio & nutrition. If only, they published it in a spiral notebook! BUY THIS if you're a serious fitness devotee, you'll learn a lot!!

A good inspirational book for anyone to read wether you run or not. This book provides lots of informative information as well as motivational stories and insights. I would recommend this more for new runners or persons interested in starting to run. And especially for someone who doesn't run but needs a little "push" or encouragement to start any kind of exercise regime. Experienced runners probably wouldn't learn much from this but may gain insight on how other runners view things.

i love jillian michaels, and this set is great for traveling or for when i prefer to listen to my own music. her dvd's are great and i love feeling like she's my own "personal trainer" but if i'm going to be staying in a hotel, i can't take the dvd's with me. the excercises are wonderful and they are good quality and full color. the box is sturdy and travels well. i don't leave home without them.

This is an extremely informational book that not only describes each exercise in great detail as to HOW to do it with proper form and alignment to get the best benefit from it, but it also describes WHY each move is the way it is. Teresa Tapp describes her background in women's fitness and how her own ailments helped her to create this one-of-a-kind workout. The book explains HOW this workout not only helps lose inches and cinch and tone, but regulates hormones, alieviates back pain or headaches.

Quick shipment, product is just as description related it would be. I bought this as a gift for someone and she states she thoroughly enjoys that the book came with pictures as illustrations for each exercise.

This is a great weight lifting guide. The best that I have bought so far. It has tons of routines with pictures for all parts of your body. It has been a great help with my workout routines so I'm never bored with all the variations.

The exercises in this book work AMAZINGLY well. I usually can't stick to a program, but this one is pretty fun, and I feel much stronger in everything I do. I'm shooting for a six-pack. Wish me luck.

9 different workouts and lots of info! The cards have detailed information on how to do all the different excersises correctly. I grab a workout card and head to the gym, it helps me focus on the workout, not what I need to do next.

This book doesn't have every exercise known to man, but it has the basics and several variations of the basics - and some that I didn't expect to be in here. It has a slew of great workout plans and is very in depth about form, muscle anatomy and the like. I keep it in my gym bag for reference for mixing up my exercises.

This was a good book at a better price than I could get from Rodale even though I subscribe to their magazine. I can use the exercises to mix and match and tailor to my own routines to continue progressing in training.
