Love this book. Its easy to read and follow. Inspirational to say the least I began walking the follow day. This is a great way to get into shape and like what you see when you look in the mirror. This book is one of the most important purchases I made this year. If you like me have been on every diet, workout, and any weight loss fade do yourself a favor and get off your butt and get this book:) I would tell any friend of mine to get this book! Highly worth the money!!

This book is easy to use and understand. Within one week I started to see results. Because the book is sectioned by body part it is easy to search the exercises you want to try. The recommended workouts are easy to follow and progress as you use the recommendations in your workout. It's like having a personal trainer at your finger tips. I'd recommend this book to anyone that is interested in learning a variety of exercises and who wants to see results. Anyone from a novice to expert would find this book very helpful.

I have purchased many of these over the years: for self, family and friends. They work amazingly well for relieving muscle tension and spasm. I use them when traveling, both in the car and at my destination. Next best thing to a massage.

This is a great book to log your daily exercise/eating plan on your way to that goal. Helps keep you accountable and on track. Each day has a success story that keeps you motivated. Sample pages in front help you to undrstand the program. Good luck!

Love this book. i am a fitness instryctor and this book gives beginning to advanced moves, exactly what I was looking for. I just wish it came with the fitness swiss ball as a packaged deal.

This book is easy to read and follow. If you really want solid advice on what steps to take to get yourself in better shape as we reach a more mature age, this is it. It's not overwhelming and anyone can do it. I passed it onto my oldest daughter to read.

Miracle balls are great for relaxing tight muscles, bringing balance and awareness to the body. They are compact and the book that is included has helpful suggestions on how to use the balls.

My wife is pilates instructor, and she was looking for a professional book and this is it. Has a lot of explanation and figure, this book highlight concept and postures, giving key point which make the excercises fluently. The only drawnback is that she has to complemented with another 2 books to relate exercises with muscles, because the book is ntot specific on it.

Outstanding all-around product. Hundreds of strength exercises in full color step by step, giving clear, concise instructions on the execution and benefits of the movement. Plus, you get variations on the moves. There's also a section on the diet & exercise plan, warm-up exercises, cardio & nutrition. If only, they published it in a spiral notebook! BUY THIS if you're a serious fitness devotee, you'll learn a lot!!

Great book for anyone trying to get / stay in shape. Lot's of useful information pertaining to exercise selection / strategy, proper food selection / portioning, and overall heath related issues. Easy to read and easy to follow. I have used it as a gift for quite a few of my friends and all of them liked it. I would highly recommend it.

great aid to a kettlebell class. Reviews what I learned in class....but sometimes forget....reading it and the tips keeps them in mind....like a grocery list of things to remember so as to practice correctly and obtain the max results with minimum injury.

I love this I got a bad back and I got my first pair in 2005 got a lab and she chewed one up and I got to go looking to see if I could buy them again and Overstok.com was my choice to get them I love them I sleep with them I put them all over my body and just the book is fabulose Im making a little bag so dog do not chew them again. is like having apersonal massuse.
