I can't wait to buy this from a reputable bookstore. Pepin is a master-- the recipes are just what you'd expect-- they make you want to cook and they teach you how to cook. But the copy I received was missing sections and had duplicate sections of others. Next time, I'll go to a brick and mortar store-- at least I'll know what I'm getting. This is more of a traditional cookbook with few pictures but the recipes are good. I don't think I have ever had a bad pepin recipe, Some where I hated some of the ingredients but none that were bad. I know cause my sister loves the ingrediants that I hate and since we do not cook two seperate meals I have to tough it out. Some were actually quite good.Read More
