am pm yoga

I LOVE THIS DVD. I purchased this as a gift because i loved the pm workout sooo much. Anyone with trouble sleeping-this will help. I have only done the am workout a few times, and it too is easy to follow and leaves you feeling great when you are done. The pm workout is VERY relaxing. The instructor is beautiful to look at and has a wonderful and calming voice to lead you through simple stretching exercises. It is great to do right before bed as you will be left relaxed and ready to sleep. I do it 5 nights a week and have become a true yogi! Namaste

Good Beginners Intro to yoga

Good intro to yoga, but several poses involve bending knees, which is not best for someone with bad knees already.

GENTLE & EFFECTIVE

This is the perfect way to break into yoga with this excellent production and workout. My favorite section, The A.M. sequence has gentle reps and instructor Elena Brower will tailor modifications for your level. Her directions are clear, informative & detailed, but not too wordy. Each sections runs about 30 minutes.

Very relaxing

I am a beginner yoga person (?) anyway, I bought this CD because I have a terrible time sleeping and relaxing at night. This CD does the trick! It is easy to follow where I really don't need to watch the video I close my eyes and listen to the instructions as I move.I have not tried the AM workout because I walk on th beach as my energizing start to the day. I did however watch it momentarily and thought it was nice and very easy instructions similar to that of the night version.Wonderful voice, easy movements and easy to follow with great instructions. Flows nicely into the positions.Worth it!
