      The book is excellent for people who like to experimen and love to cook It arrived perfectly, my only complaint was it was impossible to track through the USPS and it did take about 10 days to arrive. Otherwise I was satisfied.

      Love this book. Many great recipes. The orange chicken recipe is wonderful. Even my grandchildren love it and they eat almost nothing. I bought a book as a gift to my niece. She is on Weight Watchers and this is wonderful with the WW points for each recipe.
