The dumbells are larger than expected, That being said, extremely easy to use for added weight for strength training with Eas active workout, Golds gym Workout, and Wii Fitt . The Wii control easily and firmly fits in the dumbell without much fuss. They resemble regular weights in length and were unexpectedly not cumbersome. Very happy with product.
