If anyone is on the same journey as I am, I would recommend this book highly, whether you have done the sixth and seventh steps or not. This book is an easy read, but has much wisdom to live by and many possiblities to consider. Actually, I think this book could be used by anyone trying to forge a new an better way of life.

Wonderful examples. Steps 6 and 7 are great paradoxes of the program and the illustrations in the book provide an excellent supplement to the BB.
