fabulous book, not just for photo-op, but extremely informative; you won't watch a movie again without giving thought to the costume design...excellent insights on the early days of movies and the workload necessary to produce costumes...there's more to meet the eye ..as designers consider underlying themes and tones in movies and create costumes around them; more to meet the eye in this book;;;beautiful photographs, wonderfully written accounts
