this book has many good points and also has practice sheets to help those who want to make some changes in their lives. I would highly recommend it.

this book is great for group therapy.
i have run a dbt skills group for 2 years now using the Linehan model. My husband and i found this book and our clients have responded very favorably to it. they find it much more user friendly than the Linehan book.
