I've used this same book before and has very happy with the purchase and the amount of information you can put in each page. So this is a repeat buy for me, I'm sure I will continue to be helpful in my quest to be healthier.
This book has a lot of places to log your food and exercise etc.. I wanted a smaller book something I could put in my purse this is the size of a regular book. They should have the size of it in the description.

The company Memory Minder also makes a series of other fantastic books; one of which I found for my dad to record all of his medications for his cancer treatment. In two weeks I have lost four pounds of my winter skin!!!! Incredible book from an incredible company!
It has it all! Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and snacks in between all of those. Also track calories, fat, carbs, protein, fibe, and two blanks that you can track whatever. also has goals and you can check yourself to make sure you are making your goals. also tracks physical activity and vitamins. Love this one!
I would definitely recommend this journal to my friends. It's an easy, concise way to record your daily food intake, as well as exercise. There is also a small calorie counter at the back of the book, which is helpful. Great resource.
This is a great way to keep up with what you are eating and the amounts you are eating. It is great to keep up with your workout. I use it everyday and it has been very helpful for me and for my trainer.
