    • great little journal

      I have been using this journal for quite a long time and am on my third volume. It has everything I need to keep a record of (food, calories, exercise etc.) and is compact enough to take on trips. It's the best one of its kind I have found and definitely helps me stay on track.

    • Great little journal!

      I bought this journal not knowing quite what to expect. I have to say that I am very pleased with it. On the Food Log there is room to document what I eat for each meal including snacks. I can enter calories, carbs, fats, fiber, sodium, and protein. There is even a blank column where I could enter food points if I was following a plan that tracks points. On the Fitness Log I am able to document all fitness activities broken out by cardio and weight training.There are sections to track my daily goals as well as mood during the day, water consumed, fruits/veggies consumed, and a section to track vitamins.I have used several other Food/Exercise journals and this is by far the best. I highly recommend it!
