The book came quickly. I didn't necessarily buy it to lose weight. It was to find what foods one should be eating. I applied the doctor's program to my diet and lost a little weight without trying! So I think that if you want to lose weight this would be the book for you!

This book is great therapy for anyone who has been on the various and sundry diets around. Truly helps you acknowledge who you are and helps you find what works best for you as you are. Square pegs can fit some round holds but not securely.

Nice book, thought it was going to be a lot bigger, but has lot of information packed into it. Really nice and easy to read and follow. Only book of its kind that I know of for dancers.

This is a really great and SENSIBLE diet book. It is a realistic diet. And it works. It is easy to read and makes sense. It is the only diet book that I have read cover to cover. The first two weeks are the hardest, but once you make it past that you will be amazed at how much better you feel. And how much your waist line alone has dropped!

This book not only describes the diet but gives you wonderful recipies and menu plans to follow. I eat so much on this the first 2 weeks I just don't see how I can be losing weight, but I am. Personally, I don't go for a different entre every day, I cycle every 3 days or so because I am the only person at my home on this diet and I didn't want a lot of left overs not being eaten. The beginning means a lot of food preparation, but that is just start-up. It gets easier to prepare meals as you get certain things on hand. If you commit yourself to this diet, it works. I'm stuffed after every meal. I am never hungry which is unusual for me on a diet.

This is one of the worst books I have ever seen! The language is vulgar, and it is FAR to graphic for my taste. It is going in my yard sale next month. I have never even HEARD of most of the things they recommend you eat.. I am so glad I didn't purchase the cookbook.

Book content was not for me. Some recommended food I had never heard of. I was looking for recommendations for simple basic foods. I think the book went into a garage sale. Don't buy it.

This book is not for the faint of heart! When they say tough love diet advice...they mean it! It is a common sense approach with a lot of edgy humor. I found it an interesting read.
