    this is the best diet i have found. The first four days you eat 1,200 cal a day...after that 1,600 a day. it is not how much you eat by what you eat. You must inclued a MUFA in each meal...and you must follow it religiously. It works with very little effort and everything tastes so good. The book explains everything clearly and the shopping lists and meals are perfect.

    Awesome book!, All contents makes perfect sense. Tried most of the recipes and each one was very good, and taste pleasing.

    I had known about this eating plan for over 25 yrs. I never forgot the name of the book and happened to find it on Overstock. I have been following the easy eating plan. It works! I have tried weight watcher several times, but this plan explains in detail the reasons for eating what is correct for you body type and what to eliminate, how to exercise, what vitamins and supplements to take, the herbal tea really curbs the cravings and you get to eat enough. I decided to try this because I was in so much joint pain - all over my body and I am thrilled that before the first 2 wks of the plan, I felt great from my knees, I could actually kneel on the mattress to climb in bed! I can see my ankle bones and my flesh is no longer spongy. I am a T=Type, so no sugar and decaf coffee it I really need it..no fruit for now until I lose my desired weight. I am happy to report that I have lost 2 pant sizes or about 17 lbs. I am excited and recommend this plan for anyone that wants to improve their hea...
