She's is not an ideal exercise instructor. Airheads Are Us comes to mind. There are plenty of better ab workouts to choose from. Save your money!

I use to watch Denise Austin on TV when ever my schedule allowed, as it was on at 4am. Now I cannot find her show televised at any time so was so happy to find DVDs available on Overstock. The DVDs arrived quicker than I expected. I did order 2 DVDs and found the price reasonable. The routines are not long, each running 10-12 minutes so it is easy to fit them into a busy schedule.
