This is a good beginner exercise dvd. There are two workouts with the shorter one being great for beginners. The longer one is a bit too much dance step for me. I found myself stumbling over my feet to keep up with the mamba, etc dance steps. After 2 weeks of doing the shorter exercise routine I found myself wanting more reps of exercises, they don't do enough of certain ones that seem to really work you out. I tend to pause the dvd to do more reps of the exercises I like. All in all a good beginner dvd.
