    • a great workout to strengthen your core... Denise moves faster in this video than her others, so its a little hard to follow at first, but once you've got the hang of it, you'll love it...

    • Better than expected

      I usually buy Kathy Smith videos. When I wanted to try Pilates I bought the 2 that Kathy has plus Winsor Pilates. I like Kathy's but there are only 2 and they are only 20 minutes. Winsor was easy to follow but I got bored with the slow pace after a only few months. I love this video. I can really feel that I'm getting a work-out. If I set aside 50 minutes of my day to work out, I'd better be getting something out of it! Denise really delivers! The first few times I got off a bit, but the fast pace will keep me interested for a long time.

    • pilates

      Great dvd. Nice to change up from what I was using. I was use to a slower form of pilates and all floor work. This showed me I could do more and am very happy for the change. However, I am 64, and just about able to keep up with her pace, the only thing I have to do is pause it and stretch for a bit before continuing. Therefore I recommend that you already have a decent core if you are my age, before purchasing this dvd. This is not a beginners class.

      This is a great video. While she is a bit cheesy with some of the things she says, once you get the hang of the workouts, you get a great work out.
