Great dvd. Nice to change up from what I was using. I was use to a slower form of pilates and all floor work. This showed me I could do more and am very happy for the change. However, I am 64, and just about able to keep up with her pace, the only thing I have to do is pause it and stretch for a bit before continuing. Therefore I recommend that you already have a decent core if you are my age, before purchasing this dvd. This is not a beginners class.
great work out really works your body, in the video denise is very very outgoing and her eyes are very big but she keeps you going sometimes she gets me laughen with her encouraging ways of words. i recommend to anyone who wants to start out

This is a very challenging pilates workout. You will need a resistance band for a lot of it. Denise Austin is a great instructor who offers loads of encouragement. You'll feel it the next day after doing this video!!
