This DVD is great. You can go through one of the three programs she has designed (three different levels of intensity) or you can mix and match for arms, legs and cardio. Plus there is a great 10 minute ab workout and a 10 minute stretching segment, too.
Great DVD! A must have for anyone who wants a quick and easy workout. 10 minutes each abs,upper body and lower body! I love it!
I really enjoy working out with Denise. After all these years making DVD's and videos, one would think her acting and rhythm would improve! The workouts are easy to follow and the abdominal workout is wonderful!!
This is really a great video. Works all areas and you can change intensity. Highly reccomend!
I like Denise Austin, and overall I do like this DVD. The Ab section is killer-really makes you work-but my abs look good. I'm wearing a 2-piece bathing suit for the first time in years! At 47, that's not bad! What I don't like is that you cannot save your personal workout. You have to choose it everytime.
this workout was not challenging at all. even the advanced parts. i didnt even get out of breathe, and i was trying to. maybe i'm just more of an athlete, but this dvd was boring and full of silly moves. denise is uncoordinated and her background people don't know what they're doing half the time.
i love this exercise tape! denise austin is so easy to keep up with and she makes it fun to exercise.
This DVD is great. It has a wide variety of workouts, in 10 or 20 minute segments. You can do abs, legs, arms, stretching, aerobic with weights, aerobic without weights--each in a variety of difficulty levels. You can select as many as you want, depending on how much time you have. Denise cracks me up! She isn't perfect all the time with her counting-and that's what I like about her--she's 'normal' and makes me feel good about myself! She's a good motivator on her DVD.
I bought this DVD for my fourty something mom who hasnt exercised in years. she loved the cd from the first moment we did the exercises together and has been doing it 4-5 times a week ever since. The CD has three workouts from beginners to more advanced, you can also program it to customize your own workout. each workout is about 1 hour long and contains cardio, strenght training (with small weights), abs, and streching. i know that for some ppl Denise Ausit seems annoying, but if you can get over her voice and bubbly personality, this is a great workout cd.
This one is excellent as well. Picture and sound are excellent and this one fits well with my excercise regime as well.
