A fitness buff and previous trainer, I would not recommend this video unless you are a pro at aerobics. The dance steps were not well explained and just when a new step was called, the camera shot showed head and shoulders only! Not only that, but the background dancers were not in sinc and it was very distracting. It was almost like they walked in and it was their first time doing this workout. I made it through the video, but was so frustrated I wanted to pitch it out the window.

I give this dvd a 5 star ratings. It was fun to do and in time I will learn how to do all the dance steps. Denise is great and very movtivationg. I have alot of her tapes. And use them alot. She is very encourging and I know with her encourging word that I can do it. She is great and very understanding and always makes me feel she is right beside encourging me, and right in my own home with me. The product is a fat buring tape and that's what it all about. Denise inspire me all the way through it.

This video provides a great workout. It gives a wide variety of different styles and moves that are sure to workout places you wouldn't expect from an aerobic workout. I really felt the burn the next day. The moves aren't too complicated, but it did take me 2 to 3 tries to really get the hang of it.
