    • Awesome ideas!!

      Get this book if you have kids! It's easy to read a recipe once and then recall it if you don't have the page open. People swear they can't get spinach into their kids until I tell them I fed them brownies with spinach in them during a playdate. This book is great for increasing the veggie load or adding it in for kids that don't like veggies. Our faves are pumpkin pankcakes, burgers with mashed beans, and of course those brownies which are so good, I've been accussed of lying/joking to guests when I tell them what is inside.

      I love this book! I've tried several recipes so far and they were all very good. My family as well as I really liked them.       I never thought I would need this cookbook...then I discovered my 20 month old is super picky. My husband and I also wanted some new recipes to incorporate into our own diets. This is perfect!     • Not Just for Kids

      Thiis book is really an "innovative approach" to feeding the whole family healthy foods. As a diabetic, I've used the recipes that include whole wheats. When I've baked breads and muffins, I started adding an additional tablespoon or two of vegetables. Sometimes it's noticeable and sometimes it is not. Either way, the food is delicious and everyone enjoys it. The book has a beautiful illustrations. It also contains very informative and useful sections, such as, an explanation about the program, what items are needed in the kitchen, what to stock up in your pantry, how to puree and much, much more. I bought four of these books for my friends who have borrowed mine. They love it and I love it too.

      This cookbook is fantastic! It makes incorporating veggies into meals so much easier. This is more than a cookbook though. There is great nutrition information and other great tips.
